Service Description
This is the first step in getting your instrument playing at peak performance! When you come in your instrument will be given a complete evaluation, top to bottom. Based on the results of the evaluation, we will discuss the work recommended. A quote will be provided, as well as an estimation of how long it will take to get your instrument back into your hands! This is the really good news! Should your instrument only need a SET UP, we are going to take care of you right then and there in this 30min appointment. **PLEASE BRING A SET OF YOUR PREFERRED STRINGS WITH YOU AT TIME OF APPOINTMENT** The $20.00 appointment fee will go towards the final bill for work completed. That final amount that will be due at time of picking up your instrument.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, customer must provide 24 hour notice to have the initial $20.00 payment apply to final bill for work completed. If 24 hour notice is not given, the $20.00 appointment fee is not refunded and will not apply to any work now or in the future. A new appointment will be required and a new $20.00 payment made.
